Career Guidance and School Talks
Every year, Hong Kong Unison staff will speak at schools designated for Ethnic Minorities to guide students in assessing their post-secondary school options. Our staff present to students the options avaliable to them after HKCEE level and outside of formal schooling. We invite speakers from different industries to talk about their jobs and their career paths. For potential job seekers, Hong Kong Unison staff highlight traps that many Ethnic Minority youths face when they enter the job market.
升學及就業輔導與學校講座
每年，香港融樂會的職員均會到錄取少數族裔的學校，為中學生舉辦升學及就業輔導講座。我們會向學生講解會考後的升學選擇，並邀請來自不同行業的講者嘉賓，介紹他們的工作及事業發展途徑。由於部份少數族裔學生將會投入勞動市場，我們亦會向少數族裔學生講解，呼籲他們小心求職陷阱。
After School Tutorial Support
Hong Kong Unison has arranged after school tutorial support to Ethnic Minority students. Assisted by volunteers, this programme allowed Hong Kong Unison to connect our volunteers with Ethnic Minority children who needed extra support in completing school work.
課後功課輔導
在過往，香港融樂會為少數族裔學童提供課後功課輔導。我們安排本會的義工為有需要的少數族裔學童補習，以協助他們應付學習需要。

Racial_Harmony@School
Since September 2004, the Education Bureau (EDB) adopted a new arrangement for the education of ethnic minority children. Under the new policy, these children could opt to study in mainstream primary schools. In order to promote greater cross-cultural understanding and raise student's multicultural awareness, Unison launched "Racial_Harmony@School" to support the creation of a racially inclusive environment in schools. The progamme gives Chinese students exposure to different cultures in Hong Kong.
種友愛@校園種族和諧計劃
自從2004年9月起，教育局開放所有學校予少數族裔學生，令他們可在主流學校升學。為促使華裔學生與少數族裔學生之間的互相認識及了解，我們舉辦「種友愛@校園種族和諧計劃」，支持學校建立一個種族包容的學習環境。這個計劃，令本地華裔學童了解到不同種族的文化。
Children & Youth Development Programme
Hong Kong Unison is also supporting Ethnic Minority children and youth
with development programmes. Through such programmes, Ethnic Minority
youths can interact and have cultural exchanges with Chinese participants.
兒童及青年發展計劃及活動
香港融樂會亦支持少數族裔兒童及青年發展計劃及活動。透過這些計劃及活動，少數族裔的兒童及青少年有機會與本地華裔兒童及青年加深認識及互動，消除隔膜。

Community Talks and Sharings
Our organisation is often asked to give talks and share our experiences
both within and outside of Ethnic Minority circles. In the past we
have been invited by secondary schools to give career advice to school
leavers. We have also presented our experience of working with Ethnic
Minorities to inspire future social workers at several of Hong Kong's
Universities. Through community engagement we hope to bridge the gap
of the needs of Ethnic Minority communities while raising the awareness
of the public.
社區講座及分享會
我們經常舉辦講座及分享會，向少數族裔及社會大眾分享我們的理念及工作。過往，我們應邀到不同中學及大學分享，有部份學生更因此立志服務少數族裔。透過這些社區分享活動，我們希望可以收窄社會對少數族裔的誤解，及加深認識他們的文化及處境，了解他們需要。

Relations
Hong Kong Unison has conducted training sessions with the Hong Kong
Police Force to bridge the gap in understanding between Ethnic Minorities
and the Hong Kong Police Force. Hong Kong Unison has also encouraged
Ethnic Minority children to join the Junior Police Call (JPC) programme.
警察關係
香港融樂會協助香港警務處，舉辦培訓課程，向學警及現役警員講解少數族裔的文化及處境，加深他們的「種族敏感度」。香港融樂會亦鼓勵少數族裔青少年，參加「少年警訊」。
