1998	Social Worker Fermi Wong Wai-Fun first reaches out to Ethnic Minorities in Yau Tsim Mong District, realising their needs have been ignored. 外展社工王惠芬在油尖旺接觸少數族裔，了解到他們的需要被受忽視。
2001 (March 三月)	Unison Hong Kong - For Ethnic Equality is established as a non-governmental organization. 香港融樂會-為種族平等成立，為一間非政府機構。
2002 (June 六月)	Race Relations Unit appoints Hong Kong Unison to the board of the Committee on the Promotion of Racial Harmony. 種族關係組委任香港融樂會為推廣種族和諧委員會委員。
2004 (Sept 九月)	School Place Allocation Policy is opened to Ethnic Minorities after requests by Hong Kong Unison. 經融樂會請願後，學位分配政策開放予少數族裔。
	The long awaited Race Discrimination Bill is put forward for public consultation 政府就推行種族歧視立法諮詢公眾。
2004 (Oct 十月)	Oxfam Hong Kong provides financial support to Hong Kong Unison to expand its capacity. 香港樂施會為香港融樂會在擴展業務上提供財務資助。
2004 (Nov-Dec 十一至十二月)	Hong Kong Unison's 1st Media Campaign - Legislate for a Racial Discrimination Bill 香港融樂會推動首個媒體運動 -「少啲顏色，多啲認識」。
2004 (Dec 十二月)	Hong Kong Unison organises a Friendly Parade to promote Racial Harmony. 香港融樂會舉辦和平巡遊，以推廣種族和諧。
2004-2005	First IVE Foundation Diploma course tailor made for Ethnic Minorities funded by the Kadoorie Foundation 有幸得到嘉道理基金會贊助，開設首個專門為少數族裔而設的香港專業教育學院基本文憑課程。
2005 (Sept 九月)	Unison Hong Kong - For Ethnic Equality becomes Hong Kong Unison Ltd., a Limited Company and a public charitable institution. 香港融樂會-為種族平等，改名為香港融樂會有限公司，成為一間有限公司及公共慈善團體。
	Nethersole provides funding to Hong Kong Unison to conduct Racial Harmony @ School programmes. 那打素基金贊助香港融樂會舉辦“種友愛- 校園種族和諧推廣”計劃。
2006 (Dec 十二月)	Race Discrimination Bill is tabled in the Legislative Council 政府正式向立法會提交《種族歧視條例草案》
2006 (Dec 17th 十二月七日)	Hong Kong Unison MARCHES for a More Comprehensive Race Discrimination Bill 香港融樂會發起遊行，爭取更全面的種族歧視法例。
2007 (May-June 五月至七月)	2nd Media Campaign - Chinese as a Second Language Curriculum 第二個媒體運動 – 一齊同學未能同樂。
2006-2007	IVE courses tailor made to Ethnic Minorities gain funding from the government. 成功爭取由政府資助為少數族裔而設的香港專業學院課程。
2008	After years of fighting, GCSE Chinese is accepted as an alternative Chinese language qualification for entry into Hong Kong ‘s UGC-funded higher institutions. 經過多年爭取，香港教資會資助院校終於接納以 GCSE 中文成績，作為入讀大學的條件之一。
2008 Jan 一月	The Education Bureau publishes the consultation paper on Developing the Supplementary Guide to the Chinese Language Curriculum for Non-Chinese speaking (NCS) Students. It is the first time that the Government develop a guideline for the study of Chinese Language by NCS students. 教育局推出發展《中國語文課程補充指引 ( 非華語學生 ) 》諮詢文件，乃香港政府首次為本地非華語學生學習中文制定指引。
2008 Feb 二月	The HKSAR Government mentions ethnic minorities in the Budget Speech for the first time . The Financial Secretary John Tsang proposes increasing the number of designated schools and setting up of regional support service centres to help ethnic minorities in need. 財政司司長曾俊華在 08/09 年度財政預算案提出兩項協助少數族裔的措施：包括增加指定學校數目，以及成立 4 所地區支援中心。這是特區政府回歸後 10 年來，首次在預算案演辭中提及少數族裔的需要。
2008 Feb 二月	Together with representatives from other concern groups and the Honorable LegCo Member Ms. Magaret Ng, our Executive Director Fermi Wong flys to Geneva , lobbying members of United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination for a more comprehensive Race Discrimination Bill in Hong Kong . 香港融樂會總幹事王惠芬，連同立法會法律界議員吳靄儀及其他關注少數族裔人士遠赴瑞士日內瓦，向聯合國消除種族歧視委員會進行游說，爭取完善正在立法會審議《種族歧視條例草案》。
2008 March 三月	Thanks to the donation of Janet Wai, our long-time supporter, we are able to move in to the new office at Tai Kok Tsui. 香港融樂會獲得長期支持者韋胡貞德的捐助，遷往位於大角咀的新辦事處。
2008 June 六月	Thanks to the donation of Hu's Family, in which Janet Wai is one of the members, the Yun Lin HU Memorial Scholarship s are established to facilitate post-secondary education for the ethnic minority youths in Hong Kong . 承蒙韋胡貞德女士以其先父名義作出捐款，本會得以成立胡雲麟少數族裔獎學金，協助本地少數族裔學生升讀專上課程。
2008 July 七月	After one and a half years' scrutiny, the Race Discrimination Bill is finally passed in LegCo in July 2008. 經過一年半的審議，立法會終於通過《種族歧視條例草案》。
2008 August 八月	Funded by Air Cargo Community Charity Golf Day 2007, the one-year project of Ethnic Minorities Life Skills Enhancement and Racial Harmony Scheme commences . 香港融樂會獲得 Air Cargo Community Charity Golf Day 2007 資助，展開為期 1 年「一齊同學、一齊同樂：少數族裔生活技能提昇及種族共融」計劃。
2008 August 八月	Together with representatives from Oxfam Hong Kong and other concern groups, our Campaign Director (Former Executive Director) Fermi Wong flys to Geneva the second time in a year , lobbying for further improvement of Race Discrimination Ordinance just enacted in Hong Kong . 香港融樂會倡議總監(前總幹事)王惠芬聯同樂施會及其他民間團體，一年內兩度遠赴瑞士日內瓦，就剛制定的《種族歧視條例》，向聯合國消除種族歧視委員會進行遊說，促使委員會向中國及特區政府提出，進一步完善條例。
